Last weekend I received a message from Melina who lives in Czech Republic and she stocks and sells my Finally Free Fabrics from Robert Kaufman on her site.
How cool is that?
She was telling me that a few crafty ladies have been sewing with my Finally Free fabrics and making things to sell in their shops on Fler, which is evidently a lot like Etsy!
One talented lady made these pillows to sell in her shop HERE.

Milena wanted to know more about me to share with her customers and said
as I "read" you, I like your way of thinking and your open heart :)
Sweet Milena, you made my day dear, seriously.
This is one reason I love the internet....despite the things about it that drive us crazy,
it does connect us and make our world feel smaller.
Because of Designing For The Soul, I have met hundreds of new people/friends
from all over the world.
Mostly mothers and women who share similar passions and dreams and beliefs.
I received a sweet e-mail from Donna in Tucson, AZ
who saw my art while visiting Charlotte recently.
She wrote my name down and took the time to "look me up" when she got home.
Her kind words made me smile and we have connected back and forth a bit.
She asked to purchase two mixed media pieces she fell in love with when she was visiting here,
which have been shipped to my new blog reader in Tucson.
So the world is small in a way.
Thank you, two ladies, for reaching out and making it feel smaller and cozier.
And I am again reminded that I LOVE what I do,
and in some small way I am touching lives with my art.
I really do thank God each day for that because I would not be doing ANY of this if it weren't for Him.
Praises for new creations like those above, for new friends in faraway places,
and for the tools we can use to connect art and life and each other.

Caroline...I have no words to express your kind mention of my "little fler shop" :) which I believe - is going to be independent very soon after my two years spent at this great place full of crafty people :) - to become more friendly for the buyers :). But above this it a big honour for me to be mentioned by you in your beautiful blog, but most of all - that the pictures are here and that you spent your time with all these lovely details around which matter :).
