muffins and make believe

It's fall and it's time for yummy stuff like this!
My sweet friend Barret introduced our family
to the most amazing
pumpkin chocolate chip muffins
and she swears they are healthy....ha- (no oil, no butter)
Here's all you need:
Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
1 can pumpkin (tried to find organic but couldn't)
1 egg
1/2 bag mini chocolate chips
I actually doubled this recipe...
mix it all together with a spoon....easy breezy!
and voila!
deeeeelicious!
Taking these to my Bible Study peeps and saved a few for hungry people at home.
Collecting fun recipes like this and other things on Pinterest. Come join me HERE!

and now for make believe...
Sarah Grace lost yet another tooth last night
so
today when they had friends over after school
the decided to make a fairy palace for her.
I watched from the studio window and was amazed to see it develop.
Finally had to go out and ask permission to snap some shots of her palace.
I am telling you, 7 years old is a magical age.
They worked diligently putting it all together and discussed every flower and where it all should go.
They were like interior designers for fairy palaces.
Can you see the floral stem stuck in the tree hanging upside down?
Yep, that's her chandelier!
She even has a ramp to exit her home on the far left. (not that she walks really)
There were special places with berries and leaves and flowers.

oh to be 7 again....but really we can see so much more through the eyes children.
I want to have a heart wide open like I mentioned HERE.
May we not take for granted the beauty of the changes of the season and for the details in His design.
Blessings on your day,
Caroline
