I really have no idea how to recap my amazing weekend.
My husband has been planning a surprise 40th birthday party for me for almost a year
and I had no clue.
So many friends and family have known almost that long as well
and many of them played important roles in planning the fine details.
There are so many fun and funny details you just wouldn't even believe them all.

There are so many photos and video of me sobbing and laughing. I will spare you most of those!
It was not a pretty cry; rather an emotional loud crying from so much happiness.

Other than our wedding day and the birth of our children, it was the best night of my life.
I was surrounded by incredible friends and family who have loved me unconditionally and have been on this journey with me for 40 years.
It was an evening I will never forget and I am filled with so much gratitude I could seriously burst.
I will share more later as I continue to process all of this joy.
