School's almost in session and 3 of our 4 cannot wait!
Purchased school supplies- check!
New book bags- check!
Practiced riding bikes with book bags (not a requirement but certainly fun)- check!
Met the teachers- check! (they're awesome!)
Oldest one meets his teachers tomorrow.
One more lost tooth before the school year starts- check!
Have had enough rest this summer to prepare for the early wake up- NO check!
That will actually be a reality check!
My feelings about it all?
Happy because they are happy.
Excited because they are excited.
Sad because the silence I sometimes crave will really make me miss them all the more.
They are ready and have grown wings this summer...ready to learn and fly.
If you love them, set them free, right?
