Here's how it all works:

Check your email every Thursday for an email from

The email will include five free fabulous entrée recipes and
up to two side dish recipes for the upcoming week.
Click on the link provided in the email to go to the You’veGotSupper.com Recipe Page
where you can view the recipes, cooking instructions and grocery list.

Review the free online recipes and select which ones you would like to prepare

for the upcoming week by checking the box “Add Recipe to My Grocery List”.
The ingredients for only the recipes that you have personally selected
will automatically be added to your grocery list.
4. Print Recipes and Grocery List
Click on the “Print My Recipes and Grocery List” button and you’re ready to go!

The grocery list will be categorized by section in the grocery store
to make your shopping experience more efficient.
There will be space left for you to add any other groceries that you may need for that week.
