New Happenings

Hope that you all had a great Halloween weekend. Happy to move on to Thanksgiving and focus on gratitude and our many, many blessings. Speaking of being thankful...Very exciting news here! I have been asked by one of the wonderful companies that I am working with to design a new line of inspirational jewelry. YEA! I am such a girly girl and have always loved jewelry...even made some of my own when I was a teen. There will be 3 sizes and 18 designs....one side art, the other side inspirational text and/or scripture. Be thinking on this and please post a comment and share what you would like to see on them. Can't show you pictures yet, but they are made of glass welded together and are so pretty and unique. These charms can be used on bracelets or necklaces. The charms will hang from a darling wire dress form and will be sold to stores across the globe...super exciting.

I am designing many products for this great company which will launch in 2010 and cannot wait to share the details. Some of them include products I created: Grace Bits, we will also do Christmas Bits (new!), and GOD BLESS YOUs tissues. Others include ceramics, tote bags, pillows, canvas wall art, paper beverage napkins, paper guest towels, table runners, aprons, throws, baby prayer pillows, the inspirational line of jewelry & more.

Love sketching with my new watercolor pencils and have had to hide them from the kids.

Other great news...finally completed a line of inspirational embroidered guest towels for Peking Handicraft, Inc. The contract is signed and they have been produced. They showed a few in July but will have a full launch in January in all of their showrooms. I have been given the "go ahead" to sell them on my website and have already placed the first order. Keep these in mind for Christmas gifts. They will be sold in collections and will not be available for individual purchase. There are 3 collections: Glorious Garden Collection (the first 6 designs), Coastal Beauty Collection (the next 4 designs), and The Joyful Collection (the last 4 designs). Check back in soon for the new website and cost information on these. They are very reasonable and beautifully embroidered. Peking Handicraft is a wonderful company and they create high quality products...I am so honored to be designing for them.
